3 Habits to Lose Weight

Never trust a diet that ask you to do more than healthy people.  You might say, "Well you are asking me to weight my food."  Fari point, but actually I am asking you to train your eyes and body to what a normal healthy people should look and feel like.  Afterwards, like billions of healthy people; you can get rid of the scale and just use your eyes. 

In theory, tracking your food will promote better eating;  just like driving 100mph will get you to work faster.  How many people with a bad relationship with food can suddenly start writing down every single thing they eat.
